"I had such a wonderful stay at the Belmont Hotel in downtown Vancouver! I had no idea when I booked it that I’d be staying right in the heart of the city. The location is absolutely perfect—just steps away from amazing shopping, countless restaurants and bars, live music, and so many people out enjoying life. The energy of the area is incredible! One of the things I noticed on this particular evening, which was probably for the special World Cup event, is the amount of police officers and security stationed up and down the mall,
to make you feel safe and secure. I am not sure how it is on a regular evening, but they were particularly noticeable last night and very pleasant.
The staff truly made me feel welcome. As soon as I arrived, the woman at the front desk actually came out from behind the desk and down the small
stairs to help me with my suitcase. That small act of kindness made such a great first impression.
The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel in an unbeatable downtown location with genuinely friendly staff, I highly recommend the Belmont. I would absolutely stay here again!"
