Malgré notre arrivée très tôt à cause du vol transatlantique, aucune chance d’obtenir une chambre avant 15h. On nous a dit qu’on pouvait s’assoir au salon de l’étage. Nous avons l’habitude de voyager et il y avait plusieurs années que nous n’avions pas eu la moindre possibilité d’obtenir une chambre pour se reposer du long...

"Das Hotel hat einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Das Personal war super nett und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem gewesen und man konnte das Zimmer wunderbar abdunkeln. Was man wirklich sehr positiv hervorheben muss war das Frühstücksbüffet. Eines der besten Frühstücke die ich bis jetzt in einem Hotel hatte. Es gab sogar einen Automat wo man auch frisch gepressten Orangensaft zapfen konnte! Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen."

"Good location, a bit overpriced, great parking availability and personal. There was too much dirt under the bed which is not acceptable for any hotel. Unfortunately, we realized this dirt only on the last day otherwise I would have demanded that we change the room."

"We checked in early and were given access to the M lounge, which had light snacks, cold and warm, hot drinks, juices, alcoholic beverages. The suites were spacious and had a beautiful view of the city and Centraal station. Daily breakfast was great, we tried the M lounge breakfast the first day, but the regular breakfast at R level was actually better, in terms of variety and selection of menu plates. "Wir hatten ein Dekuxe-Zimmer. Das Zimmer war geräumig, ja, aber es hatte ansonsten nichts Luxuriöses. Es lag im zweiten Stock mit Dachschräge, an deren Seite man nicht gut aus dem Bett kam. Zudem war das Zimmer sehr dunkel. Gut: eine große Badewanne. Die Durchvorrichtung war allerdinngs nicht in Korrespondenz zum (kleinen) Spritzschutz angebracht, d h. Duschen ohne Überschwemmung ist nicht möglich gewesen."

"Freundlicher Empfang und Check in, der allerdings lange dauert. Sehr großer, kostenpflichtiger, Parkplatz. Mehrtagestickets gibt's an der Rezeption. So muss man nicht vor jeder Ausfahrt separat bezahlen. Das Ambiente des Schiffs ist klasse. Man fühlt sich in der Zeit zurück versetzt. Der Blick auf Rotterdamm von der großen Terrasse ist toll. Enttäuschend für mich war die Kabine. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal auf dem Schiff. Obwohl wir die selbe Kategorie gebucht haben wirkte das Zimmer 2 Klassen...

"Krach bis tief in die Nacht und früh morgens erneut. Stundenlang laute Musik, immer wieder laute Brummgeräusche und permanent lautes Tür zuschlagen. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Supernova, the common areas and room are really nicely designed, and we quite liked the labyrinth of stairs to get to and from our room!
