"The staff looks without energy"

"My room was dirty when I arrived. The sheets were arranged as if they put new sheets on but the sheets were dirty and pillowcases had makeup on them. The floors never got vacuumed & the tables were not wiped down. I went to the lobby and asked to get the sheets changed as I couldn't call them. They said it would be done soon. I went out for 3 hrs or so and came back and they still hadnt changed them. I went down againand sked to have them changed and they said someone would be there immediately,...

"The front counter person did not welcome us. He just asked for our last name. I gave him my credentials and he gave me keys to the room and then said the elevator was out. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me without question. He said all elevators were out in other hotels as well. He recommended the Drury and we stayed there. "
