"The reception staff’s attitude was not good at all. They were not helpful, and even if you have a reservation, you have to wait for a long time. They don’t answer you or even pay attention to you. The whole process is very unorganized. They don’t explain the hotel’s program or activities, and the swimming pool closes very early."

"The bed was fairly soft. The fridge worked very well. The 2 x AC units also worked very well which was necessary for the hot July evening I stayed there. It looks a bit better than it is. The kitchen appeared to be quite good but there were hardly any dinnerware to eat with or from. The kitchen faucet barely worked. No soap to clean the dirty dishes that were there. Had to hunt to find the towels. The communication wasn’t that great and they never told me the address. It was a guessing game...

"My wife and I loved the atmosphere, location, and staff. The atmosphere was serene and relaxed, exactly what is needed while on vacation. The location is perched atop a hill behind City Center— far enough away from the street where vehicle noise is not heard. The staff made us feel like we were the only two lodging there. Kitchen staff member Saad left a wonderful impression. I recommend the property if you value calmness and relaxation."

"Das ist Schade, dass es im Zimmer keine W-Lan gibt und das Angebot zum Schnorcheln im Hotel nicht gut war. Die Fotos kostet über 100€. Ich fand, es ist viel zu viel teuer."

"I had a wonderful stay at Sea Star Beau Rivage! The lively atmosphere and warm, friendly staff made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The beachfront location is fantastic, with easy access to the beautiful private beach. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the pools and spa were great places to relax. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and I would happily stay here again. A great value for a beach getaway!"
