"The person checking us in was also the airport shuttle driver. Not her fault but they should have a driver and a person who stays at the property the whole time."

"Not sure where to start. The first room We were assigned. Well when we opened the door the room was not cleaned. Beds were not made. The next room we had to move due to a strong order. I will never stay in that establishment again. I should have gotten my money back. I strongly recommend that no one stays at this hotel."

"There is no noise barrier you hear everything I mean everything. Doors slamming middle of the night walls banging from beds and or headboards. People yelling at each other. Floors were sticky and dirty in the room. I liked that they took dogs. Carts were broken couldn’t use. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"Pool was closed, rooms need complete renovation. Had to switch rooms as bed was unmade and tub drain was clogged. Second room bed was better, tub drain still slow. Furniture needs cleaning. Breakfast was waffles, bread, yogurt and cereal. Not close to a buffett!. Entire hotel needs renovation to be completed. 5 out of 6 icemakers defective or missing."

"We stayed one night at this hotel. Room was fairly clean though there was some mold around the shower. We were on the 3rd floor and there were what sounded like little kids running around on the 4th floor that created quite a bit of noise and vibration. As anyone who has toddlers in their lives you know the excitement of a hotel stay so this wasn't a huge issue more of a reminder that if you are a light sleeper request a 4th floor room to mitigate the noise. "The breakfast shouldn’t be called that. It truly was a grab and go style with very limited options. I paid for a king sized studio with hearing accessibilities and received a queen studio without the hearing accessibilities. The hotel was brand new, and that was very nice to experience."

"The property was fine. No complaints. However, the breakfast was disappointing. I must have gluten free and the only item was a yogurt. I have always had some options at other Holiday Inn properties. That is one of the reasons we chose your site. Very disappointed because you advertise breakfast but don’t indicate it does not include people who need gluten free options."

"Call this a hotel? Should be a motel. Walked into my room and about died with how hot it was, took forever to cool down. The sheets and pillows had stains. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk and they don’t know how to answer the phone either. Toilet not even bolted to the floor, wobbling everywhere. I’d stay here again for about half the price but otherwise not worth it."
