The sheets on our bed had visible stains, which raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and sanitation of the room. We expect fresh, clean bedding when paying for a hotel stay, and this was not the standard we anticipated. I took photos and videos documenting the condition of the sheets. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses its housekeeping procedures to ensure future guests have a...

Cleanliness of the hotel isn’t great but when we told the front desk our room hadn’t been vacuumed prior to us checking in, they were on it right away. The towels weren’t replenished in the pool in the morning but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and will continue to go there when we need a night away. The breakfast buffet was delicious, tons of fresh food constantly being refilled and again, the staff is superb. Beautiful view...
