We had booked a room for 4 people with a mezzanine loft for our daughters, but with the upgrade, the room had an additional bathroom and a high quality pull out sofa that came in handy when we had an unexpected visitor. "Daily breakfast was wonderful. For the amount that we paid, service was subpar. In Italy, for this caliber of hotel, the staff all knew our names and greeted us daily by name. Here, they were often unable to get our breakfast order correct.. the all you can eat buffet saved it though, excellently prepared food with lots of fruits and fruit drinks. "Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. "The front desk staff were friendly and ready to assist with any request. Although I was happy to have my room available at check-in earlier than expected, we did not have a water bottle or any coffee pods. But once we raised it, the front desk provided us with the missing items."

Personalet var serviceinnstilt, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende gjennom hele oppholdet. "The only thing good I have to say about this property is it was in a great location but up 3 flights of stairs, horrible, with no lift. There is no real bathroom….You walk in and there is a random sink and shower in your sleeping area. There is no room to even place a bar of soap. Expedia, how do you allow these bookings on your website? Our sink smelled of sewer for the first two nights. No compensation and the last two nights the family above us ran around like animals until after midnight. I...

"Die Unterkunft hat eine super Lage. In 2Min ist man an der Promenade. Die Unterkunft selber ist eher einfach. Es gibt zB keine kosmetiktücher im Bad oder zahnputzbecher. Dafür gibt es eine kleine küchenzeile sogar mit Spülmaschine( so eine kleine habe ich noch nie gesehen."
