"Overall, the accommodation was very nice, clean, and conveniently located just a few meters from an awesome beach with turtles.
The staff were very kind, polite, and helpful. They even arranged bicycle rental for a good price.
There are three small points where the hotel could consider making improvements:
1. The pool itself was great, but at certain times of the day, it was not as clean as it could have been, with leaves and insects on the surface.
2. The breakfast options could be more...

"We didn’t get to even check in because there was no room available and they said they didn’t have a partnership with expedia. We were on an island with no ability to leave and literally everything was booked for New Year’s Eve when we got there. It was a mess. We had to take horse taxis all over until we finally found a place with availability and missed our whole day there. "
