"This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate."

"Great place to stay right next to the beach. The hotel had everything you could need beach towels, umbrellas, shark tooth sisters. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The area is peaceful and close enough to also drive to other beaches in Sarasota area if want to. It was a great hotel!"
