"The room was clean for the most part. Very nice and spacious. The only thing was there was mold in the shower. On the shower head and along the walls/glass. Not super bad but could have been prevented. Staff was very helpful and nice. Surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores. Close to trains and buses. If you want there is taxis and Ubers."

"It was an enjoyable stay with a well kept sauna , staff was friendly and helpful, though there was some language barrier (need to use google translate to communicate).
Lockers were insufficient in the sauna as mostly are locked(not sure why even though there was only 1-2 people inside). Could also improve on the flexibility of providing cleaning service (no need mention everyday need cleaning, make it an everyday cleaning exempt which day no need).
Meals wise, healthy breakfast, more options...

9.0 trên 10, Tuyệt vời, (114 nhận xét)
"We stayed at this four star hotel in Bucheon, originally planning for 3 days, but enjoyed it so much that I extended my stay to 6 days!
The room was exceptionally large, spacious, and very clean. I especially loved that there was no carpet—instead, it had large, beautiful tile flooring, which made the room feel much fresher and cleaner. The bed was clean and wonderfully firm. A surprising highlight was having a massage chair right in the room, which was fantastic for relaxing after a long day....
