"$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre....

"This was the first time I ever stayed on the first floor of a hotel and it was a bit noisy. I heard all kinds of bumps during the night. I will remember to make sure I don’t get a room on the first floor in the future."

The hotel is right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Plaza, Courthouse, and PRMC. It has been updated & redecorated. My room was pleasant. Breakfast is not included and there is no free coffee. This hotel is not cheap & I was annoyed that the coffee machine in the lobby requires a credit card for payment."
