"A fantastic family run Guest House ideally situated for the Rock Fortress, Elephant Safari and Ancient Cities of Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa. All the family made us feel at home. Dinesh who runs the place arranged all our trips for us. Rooms are clean and comfortable and set in a tropical jungle like garden. Meals were lovely and plenty of variety. We highly recommend this Guest House and would love to go back one day. "

"A touch of paradise! The host and his family gave us the warmest welcome in the world. The room was spacious and spotless. Despite being in the forest, there wasn’t a single ant or mosquito in the room. It had the most comfortable bed and pillows. We had a lovely balcony overlooking lush greenery. Breakfast was served on the balcony every morning at our preferred time, and was undoubtedly the best breakfast I’ve had in any hotel around the world. I had informed them in advance that I was coming...

"Amazing - no other words needed! A two night stay in one of the tree houses - had the camp to ourselves , which was perfect. Staff were fabulous and went out of their way to ensure our meals were varied both in location and food . Excellent on both counts . Wild elephant encounter on our way in, had to reroute on the way out due to ele on the road (? Same guy?) . But a great detour . Just chilled in the fish spa and ate lots. "
