"love this hotel for its daily rate and closeness to the airport. i stayed the whole week before flying out and took the bus into central station Milan every day. it was easy and the bus and shuttle back from the airport was great. i will book again if i go to Milan instead of paying so much in the city. bonus is the free daily breakfast, clean and quiet. "Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust."
