"The heater stopped working at 19:00 and the room was tooo cold. I asked to the staff and they only conected it a few hours more (for both days I was in the hotel). I was cold."

"Very nice and helpful staff. But the room was quite small and the bathroom had some mold in the shower... The last day I saw some silverfishes on the walls :("
