"The hotel is located in a strategic location, easy to get out of in any direction, the area itself is excellent and there is no shortage of restaurants, quality cafes, currency exchange. The hotel seems to be regularly maintained and has always been very clean, the staff are very nice and always smiling. The breakfasts have always been at the same good level, only a small comment I will allow myself to comment on, they do not have hot natural milk and everything is through machines in my opinion this detracts from the quality of the morning coffee / tea with milk / upside down or whatever, the rest of the things are excellent. In short, I highly recommend it"

"From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. Lake kindly helped us park our car, immediately setting the tone for the rest of our stay. At reception, Endri and Samanta welcomed us with genuine warmth and efficiency, making sure we settled in quickly. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer our questions. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised with a partial sea view. The service throughout was impeccable. Aldrin, Xhaxha, Deni, Gesi, Enzo, and Rafael went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They checked in regularly, always cheerful, making sure we had everything we needed — from hydration to fresh towels for swimming. The pool area was kept pristine, which made our relaxation time even more enjoyable. The dining experience was a highlight. The food was consistently a ten out of ten, and Chef Buarak deserves special praise. His baklava was the best we’ve ever tasted — truly unforgettable. This stay felt like a home away from home. Every member of the team contributed to making it special, and we left with wonderful memories. We have absolutely no complaints and are certain we made the right choice in staying here. We cannot wait to return."

"We made the horrible mistake of forgetting our passport at the hotel and thankfully the staff quickly recovered it from the room and headed off to a trusted taxi company ( nova taxi) which then delivered to the airport in time for departure. Thank you Sol Tropikal staff"

"Our stay was ok, though they never refilled our coffee pods. They have wet showers which we thought made the bathroom very wet and uncomfortable. Close to the beach and markets. Parking was easy."
