"Front desk staff was rude, that’s this short hair African lady talked down to guests like she is above all while making min wage, the room decor is nice but if you pay attention to the details and look around all the room corners you will find out it ’s never cleaned as you can see stains, dirt and mold around the shower faucet. This is also one of the very few property that I stayed in Florida that don’t offer toothpaste and toothbrush upon request."

"Horrible property! Staff was not helpful! The property could be cleaned better. Stains and soiled areas in the room. Not inviting at all. First, my husband and I went to our room and realized that we didnt have a working toilet. So we asked for assistance with that and couldn't get anything at all!!! We had to leave the hotel and find another hotel. Manager was not available to help at all. No refund. Staff actually laughed when we told them that our toilet was broken!!!!!! I don't recommend...

"If you are looking for a no frills stay this is it. They do what they do very well in terms of getting you to your cruise or airport. Restaurant on site was convenient but service was slow (even with few patrons). Fire alarm went off multiple times due to a banquet room using sparklers to celebrate.
