"I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this hotel stay was so awful it deserves a warning label. The pullout couch bed was literally all springs — worn out to the point they were poking through the mattress. My child couldn’t even sleep on it without us putting a sheet over the entire couch because the mattress was unusable. Every piece of furniture — the couch, cushions, chairs — was covered in stains. The room smelled strongly of pet odor, and the carpet was stained everywhere you looked.
