"We had a wonderful experience at the Llechwen Hall Hotel, thanks to the exceptional customer service from the entire team. "Breakfast was very good and in a lovely peaceful garden. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning)."
