"Great hotel next to Merchant City and main areas of the City Centre . 10 floors , 2 restaurants and a rooftop bar ! Staff are very helpful . Stayed here as had a comedy night at The Royal Concert Hall . Would definitely stay here again 😁 Room clean and everything you need ."

"Staff were so nice and very helpful from time we arrived. Hotel had been recently upgraded and was lovely, very clean and fresh. Bed was a dream, so comfortable. Everything on doorstep. Shops and restaurants galore. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Room was really nice and clean and staff were helpful. Only thing missing was tea and coffee facilities in the room which would’ve been nice."

"Large, clean room right by the train station. Convenient and comfortable!"

"Lovely room, great view, helpful staff."

"Check was easy and our room was ready immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately our room had some sort of plumbing issue. "Staff made us feel welcome and were very helpful. Showed us where things were explained us when breakfast started and finished. Explained how the breakfast service worked."

"Hotel was excellent for a single night stay. Bar was very nice, but pricey. Breakfast was excellent with plenty choice and excellent menu choices were tasty. Room was adequate, with good WiFi and TV reception. Was a very dark room, but this is part of the hotel vibe, may not be to everyone’s taste"

"Great place to stay"

"The room was clean and spacious enough. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Nothing seemed too much. It was perfect proximity to the Hydro and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay there again"

"Easy check-in and the staff was wonderful and funny. Great room. It was our largest room of all the ones we had in Europe! Location is ideal too. Will return."

"Clean room, great staff, no fridge in room"

"Perfect location for a gig at Hydro. Very expensive though and not sure the room was worth it. There was a fault light and faulty power socket. Good breakfast plenty choice, but again very expensive for what it was."
