"Hotel was excellent for a single night stay. Bar was very nice, but pricey. Breakfast was excellent with plenty choice and excellent menu choices were tasty. Room was adequate, with good WiFi and TV reception. Was a very dark room, but this is part of the hotel vibe, may not be to everyone’s taste"

"Rooms are spacious. Shower pressure was poor. Hotel is in a great location. Gym was out of service and laundry services were not clear on website. Would recommend."

"Staff were so nice and very helpful from time we arrived. Hotel had been recently upgraded and was lovely, very clean and fresh. Bed was a dream, so comfortable. Everything on doorstep. Shops and restaurants galore. Really enjoyed our stay."

"It was a pleasure to stay there. I will come back again."

"Very central and very reasonable priced ....quiet surrondings very compact but perfect"

"Check was easy and our room was ready immediately upon arrival. Unfortunately our room had some sort of plumbing issue. We alerted the front desk, we told maintenance would come by, but nothing was resolved. The sink was completely clogged, and brushing our teeth, washing our hands, anything would not clear. Honestly, it was very gross. Second, we only had one set of towels, even though there were two of us. Last, the cooling and heating of the room was a bit wonky. Turning on the heater was...

"Perfectly situated for Glasgow city centre. Staff very friendly and we were able to leave our bags once checked out to pick up later so we could enjoy our day in Glasgow. Competitive price. Bed comfortable, no kettle in room but there is a coffee room with a machine open 24 hours. The hotel is right beside Central railway station and you can hear the trains, and announcements etc from the room we were in. Only other problem was a leaky sink which we reported. Would stay again"

"They allowed us to check in early and provided invaluable insights that helped us get the most out of our time in Glasgow. The location was amazing with dining and shopping nearby and access to both National Rail and local transport. We slept well and were able to leave our baggage in a secure locker allowing us to have a few extra hours to explore before our train on checkout day. They were renovating when we stayed but it seems every effort was made to avoid interfering with guests."

"Great location. Great amenities. Rooms were large. Staff were very friendly."

"Large, clean room right by the train station. Convenient and comfortable!"

"Had a good stay but there was a private function on so the restaurant area was closed and staff were more focused on that than their guests"
