"I booked a room with a balcony I didn't get. The bed mattress gave me severe back pain. The mattress is unbearable hard. No one speaks English. Smell of sewage throughout. Dirty pool area. No English TV channels. Coffee terrible undrinkable. Breakfast basic. Nothing great. Didn't order food. As wasn't sure who was cooking or if they were a chef. No shelves in bathroom to put anything. Echos noise all night from reception watching TV. Nice shower, towels.Close to some shops, beach, cafe and...

"Birsel was so supportive and helpful for us during our stay. The hotel was close to the beach and bus nearby to go to other parts of the city. Birsel’s super demeanor made it extra warm for us and allowed for more enjoyment. The hotel is the perfect stay in the city. "

"I enjoyed staying here. We are backpacking and not wanting to spend too much but we had our own rooms, a kitchen, laundry, and free breakfast everyday. The rooms were clean, shower warm, we had air conditioning which was a bonus! The staff communicated very well with us and made our stay comfortable, I would recommend to others. I did have earplugs which came in handy as we were near a mosque and the chanting was loud at around 4-5am. "

"The staff was very helpful, even before I arrived they helped arrange taxi service from the airport. They carried my luggage up the steps to my room. The breakfast is traditional but also includes eggs and is plenty. It is in a great location and very clean. I would stay here again."
