"Stayed here for 2 nights for my birthday. Hotel is lovely! Room was clean and had everything we needed, nothing was too much hassle for the staff. Best breakfast we probably ever had, so much variety. We also had dinner which was outstanding. Spa and club facilities were great too. Will definitely be returning"

"Fantastic location and hotel but if a twin bed option was available with sofa bed for family room that would be so much better. Very expensive to stay is another downfall "

"Stayed on a Saturday evening and arrived before check in time. A wedding was in progress and although we had been warned that might happen we felt as if the wedding had taken over the whole of the ground floor and there was no where really for us to sit for a drink without feeling we were gate crashing the wedding. When we checked in the staff were lovely. They explained all the facilities and booked a time for swimming for us and sorted a small issue with the room immediately. We booked a time for dinner in the restaurant for later in the evening. After we unpacked we had a wonderfully relaxing swim/ sauna/ steam. Again the staff were lovely, there were towels provided and the offer of more if we required. The health suite facilities were very clean and the gym was extensive. Dinner was good and the menu had lots of options. Our room was good, clean and spacious and as it was on the third floor and we heard nothing from the party downstairs and even though the hotel is very near the M5 we didn’t hear any traffic noise so we slept very well. "

"The room was nice and clean, the bathroom was ok not a lot of room in it. The staff were polite and welcoming. The bar was nice and had plenty of drinks to choose from. The restaurant was ok, the breakfast was good plenty too choose like cereals, pastries and full English breakfast "

"Parking was a bit of a squeeze, but was ok, staff and manager Wayne was very good and helpful, all the staff was happy, bar well stocked, tables all clean. A lovely atmosphere, food was nice and staff were very polite and helpful, room was lovely and clean comfortable beds and toiletries were a bonus, they were great. "

"Absolutely awful hotel was not friendly was not clean it felt unsafe the moment you walked in very run down rooms Didn’t lock car parking wasn’t great 0 out 10 would not recommend "
