"The room was nice and clean. Comfy bed. The only negative would be the sound proofing is not good. You hear every step taken by the people above you. I would suggest booking the 3rd floor to avoid noise..at least above your head. Not much sound proofing of the door and hallway either. Still, it was a clean and comfortable room. "

"The room's furniture was old scratched not pleasant. Restrum was dark and very small. The rooms seemed like in motells. The main foe and checkin with restarant and giftshop was very good but it is detached, you can not go to your room from foe, must go out and go by sidewalk. Overall the room was very outdated. The only thing was great is the restarant and the view from it."

"Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was great. The one thing that would have made this stay better is if there had been protein offered at breakfast. There were waffles, bagels, cold cereal, toast, etc. Just wish there had been eggs, or yogurt, or some kind of protein."

"Good location but that was it. Pool closed despite being advertised as being open from March 1st Andy’s arriving on April 4th, no advance warning of this. With 2 young boys with us this was deciding factor in booking this particular hotel, had we been notified prior to our stay we would have cancelled our booking. Check in was appalling, very slow and staff on reception lacked customer service skills. They said they would pass our feedback on to the manager and someone would be in touch, we have heard nothing. Breakfast was very poor, despite 2 members of staff working hard to restock, there just wasn’t enough food out to cope with the volume of guests but they knew how many people had checked in so this shouldn’t have come as a surprise! The space was too small and the lines for waffles and the toaster took ages. We didn’t bother with breakfast on our second day. There are plenty of other hotels in the area, if we were returning to the area we wouldn’t bother to stay here again. "

"No hot water upon late arrival check-in. Poor noise insulation in the room. We could easily hear noise from upstair bath room. People were chatting around midnight outside of the hotel picnic area. "

"Says pool- but was closed! No refrigerator, towels like dish rags, sheets very scratchy. Front desk clerk was cranky!"

"Staff definitely is not happy to be at work. I came from LA area and expected to be welcomed more, without rolling eyes or phrases “OMG” on my request to get a receipt of my purchase at the lobby area. The room was clean. "
