"13 minute ride up the mountains from town center. If you like the old English, Victorian feel to your hotels, then it’s ok. No phones in room, no TV, no a/c. The kicker was that our shower was not in our bathroom. It was OUTSIDE in the hallway. It’s strangely decorated but the owner did refund one of my two nights."

"Bathroom shower area was not very clean. Top ledge of shower in right corner had someone's old soap wrapper and left corner had a huge dust or hairball. Husband took pics of shower to show what he thought was mold and they said it wasn't. Not a 4 star establishment."

"Dirty and stained sheets , towels. Had booked for two days but left after 1st day. That too because we checked in around 9:30 PM and couldn't do much. There were cegratte cartons in the drawer, receptionist said Homeless people stayed there . Really really horrible place to stay."

"Description of this property is not in line with what it actually is. Unfortunately the impression was a cute quaint small town bed-and-breakfast. We actually got there. It was an old motel that’s just renting their rooms out individually. The price was much higher than I’ve paid for much nicer hotels with amenities. The location was excellent—close to Rocky Mountain National Park, downtown Estes Park, restaurants, and shopping, while still being quiet and relaxing.
