"This was our first trip to Storyland with our children (4 and 1). The Inn and More was the perfect place for us. The room was super clean, the pool was pristine, and the playgrounds and river access were perfect for the kids. We ordered takeout and ate dinners on the picnic tables by the playground which was very convenient. There was a pack n play with sheets and an extra blanket ready for us in the room when we arrived. The lounge was fully stocked with snacks and games for the whole family....

"My husband and I were very impressed with the Golden Apple Inn. We went with my daughter, son in law and my grandsons, ages 12 & 8. We had rooms across the hall from each other, theirs was facing the pool and ours was facing the parking lot.
We all enjoyed the pool!! The grounds were very well maintained (my son in law is a landscaper too). The ice machine, vending machines were stocked, and staff on site were absolutely charming!!
We went to Storyland, which was only 4 minutes...

"I was very pleasantly surprised by the Swiss Chalet Village Inn. We had a lower level room with a king-size bed. The room was quite small, but still managed to fit a chair by the window, full-sized desk, TV, and decent-sized refrigerator and microwave (that was a nice surprise). The room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a full bathtub and shower. The air conditioner worked well, and the windows were new and well insulated. Sadly no Swiss decor -- the interior is standard American.

"Beautiful setting at the foot of a granite cliff. Also operates as a golf course clubhouse, and offers a free 9 holes with the room. Dining room has a great view and has a country club feel. Nice property and well appointed rooms with tasteful furnishings."
