"Clean and comfortable room, smaller room but that wasn’t a surprise, no towels at the pool and smaller selection for breakfast. Good place for a short stay while visiting Ocean City!"

"No coffeemaker, small microwave and refrigerator that is tucked into a corner next to bathroom sink. No hot water for sink only warm. Good mattress for sleeping and air conditioner was new with good climate control. Clean vinyl floors, little storage for clothes. No alarm clock, use your cell phone. Clean towels and bed sheets. Cheap price for 2 nights at $85 per night. Close to shopping and they have coffee and bagels in hotel lobby."

"The hotel provides excellent service, and I am thoroughly satisfied with my stay. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only issue I encountered was with the laundry facilities. The coin-operated washers and dryers were not functioning properly, which was inconvenient. I would recommend that the hotel consider replacing the coin-operated laundry machines with a card payment system. It would be more convenient for guests and could help avoid issues with coins...

The Room A/C Was Good & Cold & I Slept Like A Baby! The Breakfast Was Good & Hot Even With Me Arriving 10 Minutes Before Closing. The Room Was Clean & Comfortable The Entire Stay! "Second year here. Being one of the cheapest hotels in OC (or atleast when I booked) it is great for the price. We had a very clean room with a good variety of breakfast items. There was a pool, arcade, gym, and computer. Kind staff"

"We went with our daughter and pup and had a wonderful time. Prices for food and drinks at the poolside bar are fantastic! The place was clean, staff friendly and location perfect. I only had two issues. My biggest complaint was that our bed was not comfortable - sunken in the middle, too soft and pillows too high. Second, they only have ice machines on every other floor. Not sure why but it was very inconvenient going up or down twice a day just for ice. It's a little pricey but worth it...

"I have been coming for years and overall love it. Room cleaning could be better. Especially take the empty glasses and cups. My serious complaint are the bathrooms. If you do not replace the tub with shower, at least put a rope on the shower head. Then I can easily clean my body...... I will definetely come back"

Appliance we’re up to date, and bathroom was terrible… Spoke to the front desk attendant and he said there was no other rooms available We checked in at 4pm and checked out at 8pm as we couldn’t deal with the room/building conditions"

"This hotel is fantastic! All the shops and restaurants are great and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We are seniors and the location is perfect-- just far enough to walk to the Inlet and pretty quiet and family oriented.. I highly recommend this Hotel and when we come back it will be where we stay!"

"We just loved this Hotel, so charming and historic and everyone was lovely to talk to. Love the local vibe and hanging out with all the local towns people. So layed back and friendly. We will definitely come back. Berlin is a gem. Cheers!!"

"The room was what you expect it to be for a motel. Mostly clean. But the beds…. You can’t sleep on them. They’re like sleeping on a street bench. We left a day early even after paying for a full day. We couldn’t sleep, it was a waste of time. Now we should get to the chiropractor."
