"Nice location, great view, friendly staff."

"Didn’t like: dirty carpeting- entrance, hallways , hotel room. No room service on our second day. They forgot! Very low grade ,sparce amenities . Breakfast was barely mediocre. Large dogs were allowed in rooms. in one case— 2 very large dogs. Our room was very dated."

"Stay was good, rooms clean and breakfast was good, the only complaint was the hot tub wasn’t working."

"Everything was amazing, clean, close and convenient to places to eat and a Winco across the street. The breakfast was good. The pool was open! The only thing was that my family and I stayed on the 5th floor and there was a rumbling sound coming from the wall close to the bed. Other than that our stay was amazing!"

"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"Great place. Comfy bed, good pillows, good breakfast, hot tub. All was good."

"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"I had reserved a King Suite with Sea View for our 30th wedding anniversary. When I arrived, the room only had a partial view of the sea through trees. Very disappointed that they advertised this room falsely. The manager at the front desk said there were no other rooms available for us to switch. The weather was hot and we set the air conditioner at the lowest setting (67) but it did very little to lower the temperature. When I asked for a portable fan to use in our room I was informed none were...

"This hotel is overall a good, solid choice for a stay north of Seattle. All the amenities are there: breakfast, pool, exercise room, laundry, and several stores within walking distance. But a few cons worth noting: housekeeping is about a 4 out of 5 (attention to detail is lacking), and the hotel's entrance forces you to make a right turn when you leave which can be tough when traffic is busy and there is a railroad crossing nearby, which backs up traffic. That being said, I WILL stay there...

"The room was nice. It did feel like the floor slanted toward the bathroom which was odd. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many items to choose from. I wish the coffee was a little stronger and would have liked half and half instead of little packets of creamer. The location was great for going into town, or catching the ferry. We will definitely stay again."
