"The hotel is located in a very quiet, secure, and convenient area. We arrived super early from a cruise and yet, our room was ready! The room was very spacious, great light, and felt luxurious! Awesome quality towels and robes. The bed was super soft, which was not good for me since I have a back injury and need a firmer bed. "Breakfast was great. Laurence is very helpful and polite all the time. However, Isaac from the front desk is the complete opposite as Isaac looks like he does not like his job. He gets irritated when things is getting busy, he looks irritated and starts to become rude with guests with the way he communicates and by being rude in answering questions. I think he should not be suited to be in the front desks dealing with guests. Thanks for taking action in retraining Isaac to improve his guest...
