"I left an article of clothing behind, hanging on the door. When I in packed and discovered it,; I called immediately. They said nothing was in the room or in the lost and found and basic said I was wrong that I never left it. My person moved it from the chair to the wardrobe door so when I packed up I missed it. Needless to say the cleaning person kept it for herself or gave it to someone else. Very disappointing. I have not been able to find a replacement for the garment."

"First, the hotel staff were excellent and very courteous. Appreciate that very much. We had a very late check-in. Experience with Expedia helpdesk was less than optimum. The bill from hotel did not match expedia rates and still working to resolve.. The issue was not with any of the agents but the overall process it took for us to get things sorted out. Around 4 AM, The family next door was haring a fight and loudly yelling bad words and kids and all of us woke up hearing that which left was not...

"One caveat was the breakfast, the coffee cups where spoiled or old the hot coffee spilled out from the bottom of the cups. Breakfast should be fully stocked and well prepared meals that is not rushed cooking."

"This is actually a beautiful building. The rooms of especially the bathrooms that they are advertising with Jacuzzi tubs are extremely overdue for renovation. There is paint and tile chipping all over the place in the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The sheets had those are yellow stains on them if you know what I’m talking about it looks good from the outside. It’s a different world on the inside."

"It was fine for a one night stay. However the TV in our room was leaning forward and nonfunctional. It didn't matter for us that night, because we were too tired to watch anything as we didn't check in until 9:30 pm. The next day was Memorial Day and unfortunately the Bistro/ coffee bar downstairs was closed. The staff had filled a couple of dispensers with hot coffee and a few wrapped muffins and coffee cakes were set out and a few bananas. A bit disappointing, even if it was free. The night...

"The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

"200 dollar room and the hallways smelled like weed. At exactly 11:03 someone was knocking on the door hustling us to check out, F U Parking lot had huge potholes and debris all over the place.Interior needs an upgrade as it looks firmly in backrooms 1993.Look elsewhere to get ripped of for substandard "Quality""

"Good location for our visit to West Point. Good size rooms with a nice breakfast"

"The room had fresh paint and was clean. But it was in extreme need of an update. There were only two electrical outlets available to charge devices and furniture had to be moved to access them. The furniture was poor quality and had to be over 30 years old. The window shade and curtains do not block out the outdoor lights at night. And the local train goes by several times throughout the night. It was not a comfortable stay at Inn on the Hudson."

"A gem of a place. Clean and well maintained. The desk clerk provided a very good suggestion for dinner which was close but we did not know about. Breakfast was better than at most hotels. We would gladly stay there again."
