"The walled garden was lovely in the sunny autumn weather. My Room 234 was special. Noticed a small cutback in the menu options since my last visit. eg No chowder. But I will be back asap. I love Ballymscanlon"

"Stayed on our way back to Dublin. Hotel is well located between Giant's Causeway and Newgrange and other sites north of Dublin Airport. Hotel itself is modern and well-appointed, good restaurant and easy to access so it was an excellent way station for the touristy stuff we had planned.
