Check in was a breeze even though the hotel was packed at my time of arrival. The valet had their work cut out for them with all those guests but they really were working ...

Wouldn't stay in this dump. No wi-fi on the top floors, needed maintenance to regulate room temperature, neither TV worked, and no hot water for the morning shower!!!!
