"Room was fine, 3 people having a personal conversation amongst themselves while I checked in, breakfast was very poor compared to previous stays,"

"While the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the facility was above average is quietness, the suite itself was very shabby and rundown. For a suite there were no spoons, only one glass, and the toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread. There was one ice machine in the building and it was not working. The freezer did have an ice maker that produced 6 cubes an hour. The room was overall dark, with only 4 lamps for the entire suite. Unless you were an IGH member You had to jump through many hoops to use the guest internet, and the way it was structured made you sign up for an IGH membership. It took me 15 minutes just to get on internet. Just a tired, sad looking space - it feels like for $100 a night, you should get a little more."

"Room smelled of mold. Shade on the window was torn and falling down. In the bathroom the toilet was broken and very dirty. The tub was very dirty as well. The towel racks were broken off, and there were no towels or wash cloths. No trash can. All in all, the room was dirty. I went back to the lobby and told them that I couldn’t stay in such a place and demanded a refund of the money I had paid. They said hat they would agree to a refund, but because I had used Expedia to book the room I would have to contact them for a refund. I did so that evening, and Expedia said that they would have to have the approval of the hotel before they could issue a refund. They said that they had contacted the hotel, and that the hotel would not agree to the refund, a direct contradiction to what I had been told by the people at the the hotel. I strongly recommend that no one should book a room at this hotel, and I strongly recommend that you avoid using Expedia. Neither the hotel or Expedia acted with honor."

"El cuarto limpio y organizado con facilidad de nevera y microondas. La muchacha del caunter muy atenta y yo no hablo inglés pero ella busco la manera de poder ayudarnos. Los desayunos muy completos y buena calidad. En general todo excelente y bien accesible a todo."

"Check-in was very easy. They reserved a quiet corner room for us. What we did not like: the room heating/Air system was very noisy and not working well. We did not like the sign saying not allow to take any food out from the breakfast area. We never stayed any hotels with a sign not allowing to take food out. If you have a handicapped member, who cannot come to the kitchen area, or who needs to go to work early, are you saying that they are not allowed to eat breakfast at the hotel?"
