"Hotel is like a maze. Certain elevators connect only to certain rooms. If you're on the 4th floor you have to use a wheelchair lift to get there unless you want to drag your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Layout was weird and confusing. The staff charged my card twice then cancelled the charge which resulted in my bank putting a hold on my card for days.
