"This hotel was the one-night magical stay we were hoping it would be. It felt like a well-maintained step back in time. The breakfast and restaurant were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the grounds were STUNNING. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was to sit at the restaurant and to be outside - the flowers, the views, the touches. Absolutely loved it! My only disappointment was that we were there for our honeymoon, and even after contacting them before, the hotel didn't acknowledge...

"Mi experiencia en el Hotel Mona estuvo muy por debajo de lo que esperaba por su reputación y precio.La comida pésima , lo único que reconozco la limpieza de ahí en fuera lo calificaría de 2 a 3 estrellas La habitación se siente muy antigua y necesita una renovación. La televisión no es Smart TV, no hay ni un solo canal en español !lo que hoy en día considero un servicio básico. El baño es extremadamente pequeño e incómodo. Varias lámparas de la habitación no funcionaban, la cafetera tampoco...

"Very accessible. Also has central air conditioning, which became very important during the heat wave we suffered while visiting the Jazz Festival. Very friendly and accommodating desk staff. Wonderful management, as I could tell she runs a very tight ship. Also, it was great to be able to walk out of the front door of the hotel and go directly to the main platform of the train station, which was ultra convenient and that I was not fully aware of until I caught a train to Zurich. "We drove and had a parking spot directly outside the front of the hotel. Upon arrival I asked if there was any upgrades to our original room which the hotel accommodated for a small fee. We was blessed with perfected weather and had an excellent view of the lake which made great memories"
