"Great location, but disappointing service. The hotel is in an excellent location, which was the best part of our stay. However, the staff were not welcoming or friendly. There was no daily housekeeping, and the cleaning service was charged separately at almost a quarter of the room rate, which is unreasonable. Because of this, the room was not as clean as it should have been. Overall, the location was great, but the lack of hospitality and cleanliness made the experience disappointing."

Das wäre auch nicht weiter schlimm, wenn das Geschirr in der Maschine wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre. Des Weiteren ist die Küchenausstattung etwas mager. Es gibt z.B. keinen Rührbesen. Ansonsten für einen Aufenthalt bei Nürnberg gut geeignetes Appartment."
