"I said I had a good stay. The room clean. My only problem with the stay was when we first entered. The night before I was told I needed to provide a better photo of my passport, which I did, and I received an email stating all was set. When I tried to enter I was told after many attempts that I needed to provide a photo of myself, which took much time. You had no problem taking my money in advance, but made it very difficult to enter the place while standing outside in the cold for a looong...

"I don know how this place has a 7/10 our stay was alright the bed was good and we were able to cook meals. But there was the most horrific smell coming from the bathroom, I asked if they could fix it and they said they would. But other than that I didn’t hear anything from them and the smell continued to exist. It was so bad. Like I can’t explain how bad it smelled. "Zimmer mit Bad schön, aber über Innenhof von anderen Zimmern gegenüber einsichtig. Nur dicker Vorhang als Sichtschutz. Dann alles dunkel. Früher Abend halbe Stunde laute Musik mit starkem Bass, danach ruhig. Gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal."

"Die Ausstattung war etwas spärlich, es kam nur einen kleinen Teller und zwei Schüsseln. Gut war, dass es eine Pfanne und einen Topf gab. Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht gut - weder intuitiv noch sind die beiliegenden Tässchen ausreichend für die Menge des Kaffees (große / kleine Portion sind jeweils übergelaufen). Nette Idee, aber so passt es leider nicht wirklich. Ansonsten waren die Betten bequem, für den Preis hat alles gut gepasst, Bad war schön und modern."
