"I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "

"Great location in Roma Norte! If possible we would highly recommend staying in their large suite with soaking tub. The room faces inside the courtyard, which makes for a very restful sleep. Breakfast was a spread of freshly baked goods from the famous Rosetta Bakery next door. Coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt and even toast with ham and cheeses. The staff are AMAZING and make this stay incredible. They would ask us what bakes good we would like for breakfast every morning. This hotel feels like a home...

We felt so comfortable during our stay and look forward to staying at Maison Du Comte again! The beautiful "home" has been impeccably renovated and appointed and the rooms are very comfortable - a great place to come home to after a day exploring Mexico City!"

"The location is truly incredible and offers great value for the price. The beds were comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. Room service and towel changes were available, but you had to request them, and service could be a bit slow. For example, the AC in my room didn’t work and was never repaired (fortunately, the weather was mild so it wasn’t a major issue). Overall, the location is a major highlight, but the service was adequate rather than outstanding."

"Is a good budget hotel in a very convenient location. Room was clean and neat. Everything worked as intended. That said…no AC. There is a vent in the ceiling for cooling that you can open but it isn’t always on and you’ve no direct control. Plugs are few and well worn…making it often difficult for things to stay plugged in. Is popular with travel groups and people will be knocking on doors early in the morning to see if others are ready. Restaurant ok but certainly better choices nearby. ...

From the warm experience I had with all of the super helpful staff, to the incredible ambiance and food at the two bars/restaurants onsite, to the breathtaking room itself - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nancy was incredibly supportive and responsive to all my needs. The room was spacious, so well decorated, and had the best view. Plus, the hotel’s location can’t be beat! I would 10/10 stay again."

"Es un hotel renovado con excelente ubicación en caso no rentas coche (estación de metro insurgentes a una cuadra de distancia). En si, la habitación es pequeña, y puede ser un poco molesto el ruido de noche, dependerá de cada persona, aunque te proveen unos tapones para aligerar el ruido; en mi caso eso no fue problema pues la cama fue demasiado agradable. No dudaría en hospedarme de nuevo, especialmente por la ubicación y todo lo que se tiene alrededor (restaurantes, bares, parques, etc)"
