"I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "

"Great location in Roma Norte! If possible we would highly recommend staying in their large suite with soaking tub. The room faces inside the courtyard, which makes for a very restful sleep. Breakfast was a spread of freshly baked goods from the famous Rosetta Bakery next door. Coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt and even toast with ham and cheeses. The staff are AMAZING and make this stay incredible. They would ask us what bakes good we would like for breakfast every morning. This hotel feels like a home...

"The location is truly incredible and offers great value for the price. The beds were comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. Room service and towel changes were available, but you had to request them, and service could be a bit slow. For example, the AC in my room didn’t work and was never repaired (fortunately, the weather was mild so it wasn’t a major issue). Overall, the location is a major highlight, but the service was adequate rather than outstanding."

"After seeing multiple bad reviews about the noise for the balcony rooms I was a bit scared. Fortunately, during my stay the noise/music from the surrounding areas wasn’t that bad. If you’re a very light sleepy then I would suggest you not book this room. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t too grand but just enough to hold you over until your next meal. The location would be the selling point to me as most things were walking distance away. I felt extremely safe in the area walking around at all...

"Super clean and practical place to stay especially if you intend to stay more than a few days. The room had a fully functional kitchen and LR/DR area, large fridge, 2 bedrooms with more than adequate storage and a spacious bathroom. Free laundry facilities, gym and a open deck accessible only to the hotel. The staff is efficient, friendly and professional. The area is good for restaurants, grocery stores and not too far from the Museum area and huge park."

"I absolutely loved this place! Such a hidden gem! From the warm experience I had with all of the super helpful staff, to the incredible ambiance and food at the two bars/restaurants onsite, to the breathtaking room itself - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nancy was incredibly supportive and responsive to all my needs. The room was spacious, so well decorated, and had the best view. Plus, the hotel’s location can’t be beat! I would 10/10 stay again."

"Es un hotel renovado con excelente ubicación en caso no rentas coche (estación de metro insurgentes a una cuadra de distancia). En si, la habitación es pequeña, y puede ser un poco molesto el ruido de noche, dependerá de cada persona, aunque te proveen unos tapones para aligerar el ruido; en mi caso eso no fue problema pues la cama fue demasiado agradable. No dudaría en hospedarme de nuevo, especialmente por la ubicación y todo lo que se tiene alrededor (restaurantes, bares, parques, etc)"
