"The staff member that checked us in was lovely, talked to our child and asked questions etc very nice :) Room was adequate for what we needed to for this stay, however we only received 2 towels for 3 guests we made it work as we discovered it so late in the day evening to our travel plans. Clean and tidy, sheets clean but stained unfortunately, but would stay again. It rained a few times and there wasnt a dry way to get up to our room but this was not a deterrent. " We have stayed many times here and been happy. But this stay was horrible. My car was broken in to. Party at one of the rooms got out of hand and they had someone go crazy banging and kicking on the doors yelling they were going to k*ll them . Smashing stuff. My Family was terrified and hid in the back room. Police arrested him and seemed to settle down until 3 am started up again then 5am. Staff member was really helpful sorting my car out. "

"Booked three bedroom apartment. Was nice and clean. Perfect for our one night stay and in a safe area. Would stay here again."

"Room was refurbished on the inside but the fit and finish was sub par - to the point where security was a concern for me. Most concerning was the flimsy thin ply patched over the main entrance door. The door between the lounge and bedroom wouldn’t shut due to bad fit / installation. Big gaps between the external sliding door and wall create drafts for wind and extra outside noise"
