"Tram stop outside the door shops are a little walk depending what you want of course. House keeping was a little lax you have yo ask if you want your room made up. Apart from that the staff are very helpful and do anything to help if they can "

"Our family really enjoyed the stay - the mini zoo, pool, playroom, playground and watching people horseback ride were all crowd pleasers with our 2 year old. The nearby fields provided deer sighting! The restaurant was overall very good but service at times slow."

"Perfect hotel for the purpose of our stay - visiting family. Good breakfast buffet, staff friendly and helpful. Room service avaliable ONLY when specifically requested at reception. We stayed for five nights and asked for fresh towels etc at reception after we realised that there is no room service provided. This is not a problem once you are aware of this. But mayybe a note in each room to let guests know about this could be helpful. Otherwise all good!"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Z‑Hotel Business & Spa. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. My room was very quiet and offered plenty of space to relax and work comfortably — the only small downside was the shower, which felt a bit tight. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making the whole experience even better. Overall, this hotel has quickly become my favorite place to stay when traveling in...
