"The hotel is just absolutely beautiful. The room was clean but the tea kettle that was in there was not. It hasn't been used in some time so it had dust and dead bugs inside it. Just went and got dishwashing liquid and washed it. The staff there is very friendly and kind. would highly recommend this for a vacation. The breakfast they served was also amazing."

"Struttura nuova per arredo e finiture, probabilmente frutto di un recente restyling.
Poco curata invece la pulizia giornaliere delle camere, in 5 notti almeno due giorni non hanno riposizionato in camera asciugamani puliti, bagnoschiuma o kit di cortesia utilizzati.
Il buffet della colazione scarso nella scelta dolce, ricco invece per quella salata, tutto reintegrato con cura costante dal personale."

"The hotel was fantastic, staff were great and really enjoyed our stay, if I was being picky I would say the free mineral water bottles seem to be topped up in the bedroom daily from a jug rather than a fresh new bottle, the breakfast was amazing, great choices, we never ate in the evening however did try some of the wines, the wines were nice however I think the red polish wine may have gone off but that aside it's a great location with free parking to visit Poland"

"This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent restaurant and bar. Every member of staff was attentive, and you can see how much the hotel cares about its guests’ comfort in every detail. The bathroom was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the lighting was thoughtfully designed. The location was also very convenient. "Hotel room was nice and fairly large. Modern and clean… except for a little mess on my bed when I got there. I let them know though and they immediately corrected the issue. There is a little fridge/mini bar situation and the room service burger and potato wedges were good. It is further from the city center than I imagined but a quick inexpensive uber ride there and back. Not any close stores, it’s kind of in a residential area. I would stay there again though. Very nice place!"

"Loved our stay at this hotel! We were given a surprise free upgrade to a suite, which was extremely comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff, everything is spotlessly clean and great touches like the filtered water machine on each floor. It’s in a great location between the old town and Kazimierz, easily walkable to both, and on direct train line from the airport. Would definitely recommend."
