"We could NOT get into our room until 1hr 15 min after check-in time although Numa emailed me "your room is ready ". Our access code did not work but the Numa system treated me like an idiot by question such as "Are you standing in front of room 106?". Finally, on site hotel staff told us the room was not made up.
