The bed in our room was completely unacceptable since the mattress slanted from right to left with at least a 4 inch height difference from side to side. We didn't notice this until 11:30 PM when we were done for the day so I wasn't going to call the hotel manager to be moved to a new room at that time of night. Staff and restaurant was great. Loved the special Chocolate Chip cookies but use the Doubletree standard for the cookie experience so to not appear second rate Kmart vs Walmart."

"Arrived early, even earlier than an “early” check in time would be, and multiple staff members went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure a smooth process. GM (Brendan?) was excellent and attentive. The Room was clean, bed was super comfortableI and considering there’s like 3 pubs/restaurants attached to the building it was quiet and relaxing. It’s an older building that’s been renovated and has a boutique feel to it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again… which I am for Move in...

"Great location for event we were attending. We did not use any of the amenities that were offered. Rooms are updated and clean. Great little balcony to sit on after a day of running around. I do think that at check-in, staff should let you know that rooms are cleaned every other day, so new towels and complimentary coffee will not be restocked in your room if you are staying more than one night.
