Short staffed, not a lot of items to choose from other than eggs that didn’t offer a lot of accompaniments for an omelette as 3 quarters of the add on ingredient bowls were empty and the cook was on her own so couldn’t replenish. Also, night before we ordered a mixed seafood platter for 2 that was one of the more expensive items on the menu and it was sooo over cooked. Everything was tried up.
