My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone. Door didn’t seal properly, water damage along the wall, the chair was nasty looking, shower was gross and so old. Sign outside says newly removed but that was not the case for our room. Staff offered another room after we packed everything back in the truck to leave. We did not stay. Nothing felt good about the place. "

Asked for a second room and it too had mold in the shower/bathroom, built up dust in the chair, smelted of cigarettes, and had sticky residue on the floor. There was no way we could stay there.
