"If you are looking for a place to rest your head and just sleep, this is the place for you. Half of the equipment was broke - from gym equipment, phone system (none of the phones work including the emergency phone in the gym) to the ice machines. Water pressure was poor. One ice machine worked on level one, I checked all the other levels looking for ice and all of them were broken. "Advertised hot breakfast was not available. Staff informed me that the new owners stopped the hot breakfast when they acquired the property. The only breakfast food available was toast, cereal, yogurt, and a waffle. No coffee at all and no juice. The exercise room was locked and front desk claimed it was due to renovation in another part of the building. I requested a crib when I made the reservation. Front desk informed me on check in that none were available. Spend your money elsewhere…a Motel...

"The property is well situated. The whole hotel complex is in a desperate need of a refresh. Everything was so old and worn out. The cleaning staff was trying to do their best to make it better appealing. And they were really going above and beyond as much as they could, so big thank you for them. The pool area was ok and it had ample towels. The breakfast and the "restaurant" where it was served... oh well, at least they had decent coffee and a bagel. I would not stay here again though."

"The stay was wonderful and the breakfast was a hit with the kids. The staff (front desk) went above and beyond to accommodate us and help with their knowledge of the area. The only thing that could have been improved on was the hot tub had way too much chlorine and it made our eyes burn so bad we couldn’t stay to enjoy. Overall, wonderful stay."
