"Fine"

"Didn't like that I had to pay $20 a night for parking. I understand paying for parking if you are doing a day pass but if you are staying at the Resort I don't agree. Need more elevators"

All of a sudden we can hear someone using a key card trying to get in our room…I yelled and you can hear them say something like why would they give us this room key…I called the front desk and they said they would look at the cameras and called me back….said there was an error made and apologized. "Upon waking into the hotel and approaching the reception desk there was a female standing there getting her room key with visible signs of drug use as well as improper clothing. After that women left I went to the desk to get my room key while my wife went to look at the pool area. While she was by the pool she was smothered by the smell of weed that over a 5 minute period time being there it would consume the whole area outside. "Our room is extremely dirty, and made no efforts to give a new room or partial refund. Our bathroom is fairly small, but the worst part was that our shower was extremely unsafe. As soon as you stepped in you just felt it sink, like it wasn't being supported at the bottom. I was a very afraid. The water pressure was great however. Our beds were probably the most uncomfortable mattresses I think I've ever slept on, and I am not generally the picky person when it comes to mattresses. Hell I've...
