"It was a great stay but I had to give 4 stars instead of 5. There’s no soap in the rooms! They offer soap upon check in but you’re not aware that it isn’t already available in the room! It’s like they are offering you a complimentary gift so beware and ACCEPT the soap! Also our Keurig didn’t work but we were only there for 1 night so it was ok. Room 311 is where the Keurig doesn’t work.
The casino games are different and more expensive to play than any other casino I’ve visited. The bets are higher! There was construction or upgrades going on too inside the casino and a lot of the games were gutted so the look wasn’t aesthetically pleasing. Highlight! Itta Bena was amazing as usual and the live performance in BB Kings was great!!"
