"Our second time staying here and it’s always so beautiful. We love the nature, heated outdoor pools for our kiddos, complimentary yoga classes and kayaking . Just beautiful property! Only thing they didn’t have for both days we stayed was the complimentary coffee station at the lodge . They kept saying we have complimentary coffee in our rooms . "

The room we were assigned was not accessible as the lock on the door would not give us access even after maintenance staff attempted it with the master key. The staff immediately remedied the situation. We were upgraded at no charge to a suite and taken care of. "
"BIG fan of this property -- mostly because of the people. While a bit dated, that's part of the charm and the staff was some of the friendliest I've experienced. Super helpful, super accommodating, and super friendly. A short, mostly pretty walk to "downtown" made it easy to not have to drive a lot and outside of losing power (not in their control), it was a great, relaxing stay! Can't wait to come back and try their dining options (and sadly skipped breakfast, too much to do!)."
"We had a peaceful weekend staying here, such a beautiful view of the redwoods and vineyards. Also walking distance from downtown, river beaches and short drive to the coast. We checked in late which the owner helped us with, the property itself had a lot of different areas that I wish we checked out more. We can’t wait to stay here again! "
"Small town, good rates. Hotel is modern, room was very clean. Restaurants in town all seem to close by 7. Would we stay again? Absolutely, but we would have something in our cooler for dinner!"
"It was tough to find a good hotel up here on our road trip, but Bodega Bay Lodge ended up being such a wonderful surprise. The view from the property is absolutely amazing — you can just sit and watch the bay for hours. The pool and hot tub overlooking the water were the perfect way to relax after driving, and the fire pits at night made it feel so cozy.
The restaurant on site was excellent, with fresh seafood and a great wine list, so we didn’t even feel the need to go anywhere else for dinner....

One thing I’d say is just a bit more upkeep needed, there were a bunch of cobwebs on the balcony. The price can get a little high for the room itself, so would just take that into account when choosing future weekends."
"This place is beautiful, charming, and in a great location! Plus, it’s dog-friendly! If you’re a Gilmore Girls fan, you’ll definitely get a Stars Hollow vibe. The drive up to the inn was really cool with lots of tall trees that made you feel like you were in a forest. There is a quaint little main street with two convenience stores and a few restaurants, one of which was fantastic for breakfast! (Separate review for Howard’s Cafe.) We booked the Ivory room, and the rooms are reasonably priced....
