"I booked a double room but for some reason I got to single beds. I was too tired to go downstairs to talk to reception. But I expected better service."

Bathroom: bath only, no shower — not practical, particularly for elderly guests. Room quality: no balcony, view onto car park, and overall lack of comfort or atmosphere (minimal décor, dated feel). "Great experience- unique hotel - staff was excellent for service and provided great area tourist info. The location is great- in a small town, but parking is inside the hotel boundaries. We really enjoyed the terrace with a great view of the Danube- great place to sip and watch the river boats float by. Breakfast was very good as well- made to order items along with buffet items. Although this is a more expensive hotel, it was worth it."
