"Beautiful property and rooms. However, at this price we were expecting 7 star service and that was not the case. The staff at the pool/bar/restaurant seemed to be bothered when we asked for service. They mostly congregated by the towel area and checked their phones more than they us. You can get far better service in other cheaper hotels. "Beautiful stay! We will be back. The parking area was a bit rough, but it could be water damage. But the grounds of the resort were beautiful. We stayed in a one bedroom, king. Full kitchen, nice to be able to get some groceries to save on breakfast or a light lunch. The Mahi Mahi bar was nice, decent pricing. No cash accept on property. Overall wonderful stay!"

"Didnt like having to leave a $100 deposit for damages if any were found and being told that it would be refund to my card if no damages found but that this refund would not show in my bank statement. How is that???
To my knowledge if it is refund it should be showing in my bank statement, yes or no??? My stay was from 4pm to 2am was charged $242.34 plus $100 that I would like to see in my statement. Thank you."

"The view was nice, room looked nice and clean however, there wasn’t enough counter space. Also, the A/C didn’t put out enough air and didn’t cool the room very well. The one thing that we didn’t appreciate was when there was no transparency when we ordered drinks on the beach in regards to being upfront about the expensive service charge. An average 12 ounce beer and a 12 ounce pina colada…$34 plus a tip, $40 total. Probably won’t stay at this place again."

"Beautiful views and a good location! The staff was very friendly and every person we interacted with was great! The restaurant was delicious!! Snorkeling and restaurants walking distance. We had an accessible room for some reason and when we showered the whole bathroom floor would be soaking wet so we would slip around which was annoying. Our door was broken and very hard to open and close. I felt bad for the other guests when I had to leave early for an excursion because my door was so loud...

"pool/ beach was great and that’s as far as i’ll go. the room and upkeep was TERRIBLE. They say that the wave wing in the hotel was updated, however, first night, there was a leak under the carpet and they couldn’t change our room until the next day. the room we were moved to did not have a leak, BUT had a black mold coming out the vent into the bathroom when we shower. To add insult to injury, the carpet in between the bed smelled of cheese/a sneaker that has been worn over again with no socks...
