"Fantastic location and great spot. Lintang was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a great spot to stay if you’re doing the hike or Jeep ride up Mt Batur. The property has multiple styles of rooms to suit different types of travellers. We stayed in a glamping “potato” it was pretty good, price was solid, bed was comfy, though it does get damp at night (be prepared for that). The only thing we noticed was there was a lot of flies (bugs). Which I’m told is just the area....

"Un peu surpris à notre arrivée de constater que notre chambre ne disposait pas de fenêtre. Un peu l'impression d'être en cellule mais finalement pour une nuit ces chambres d'entrée de gamme sont confortables et d'un rapport qualité prix imbattable en basse saison. 3 salles d'eau bien entretenues à partager avec 6 chambres borgnes. Très Bon restaurant. Belle piscine. A deux pas de la plage. Personnel dévoué. "

"Excellent overall experience. The level of service was very high, comfortable and well appointed seperate bungalows set in a beautiful tropical garden. Staff super friendly , always kind and helpful . Great on site restaurant, tasty , thoughtful and generous menu. Breakfast was included in my booking, and it was superb. Highly recommend this place ! "The rambutan has got to be the nicest, well located hotel in Lovina. Grounds are beautiful, pools gorgeous. Lovely spot for breakfast by the pool. Staff are super aware of their guests. The owners are lovely and make sure everything runs perfectly. Close to the beach, and warungs nearby. And fantastic value for money. Would recommend the rambutan every day of the week."

"The staff was very unhelpful. Starting with not helping with bags or anything else. If you wanted to order anything from the restaurant you had to walk to them as they didn't pay attention to you. The food including the breakfast was one of the worst i had in Bali on my three long visits. The room had a paper thin straw wall. I could hear my neighbor like he was in my room. The shower was nice. The pool was alright. The pool towels had stains on them. The yoga was extra charge. Overall...

"No hot water in our bathroom. No transport in the area, so basically stuck at the hotel. The room itself was quite nice, and the view from the balcony was great. The thermal hot springs were enjoyable. Staff tried hard and were friendly."
